Where does Salt lamp come from?
Our Himalayan Salt lamps brought into the market from the Foothills of Himalayan Mountains situated into the Khewra (Jhelum) ranges of Pakistan. Each lamp is hand picked and carved by expert craftsmen. We market our items through our various wholesale dealers and retailers world widely. How does Salt Lamp work?
Anaya Himalayan salt lamp emits number of negative ions into surrounding atmosphere when it is heated by an external source of electric or candles. The heat produced from the lamp breaks down Na CL Sodium Chloride in a process called ionization. This process is enhanced by natural process of NACL and resulting in producing of negative ions which eliminate the positive ions which are present in our surroundings produced from Computers, refrigerators, T.V sets and etc. Thus these lamps make the air clean, fresh and healthy to live in.

Natural Salt is found in ancient evaporated sea beds underneath great mountain masses, such as the Himalayas, where it has been compressed over time to form solid salt rock, with all the minerals structurally intact.

Each Salt lamp comes with a UL/CE certified cable. Each Himalayan lamp has a high quality polished wooden or marble base with steel screws attached on the bottom of the lamp. You can use 5-25 watts bulb which are available at any hardware or lighting stores like Home Depot, Lows and even dollar stores.

Himalayan Rock Salt has hygroscopic properties, which means that it draws water from the surrounding atmosphere. Salt Crystal Lamps should therefore never be sprinkled with water, kept in a moist room or be placed outdoors. Sometimes, in particularly moist or humid conditions, the lamp surface may be slightly damp to the touch. Lighting it for a few hours dries it very quickly. Our Salt Crystal Lamps are highly suitable for almost any room in your home or office. They are beautiful, natural air cleaners and purifiers – and you will never have to replace a filter, saving you hundreds of dollars in filter costs. Salt Lamps are designed to be used indoors and should not be used in any room where there is excess humidity, such as a bathroom or sauna, for extended periods of time. Excess humidity can cause a white powder to form on your salt lamp. In order to remove the white powder or dust, leave your salt lamp on and use a soft damp cloth to gently clean the surface.

How do I change the bulb in my Anaya Salt Lamp?
Our Light Assembly makes changing your bulb safe and easy. Before changing the bulb make sure it has had time to cool off, and then unplug it. Then simply squeeze the metal prongs with the screw driver and pull the bulb holder straight out. Remove the old bulb and replace it with a new one you can use 5 and 25 watt candelabra based bulbs available where bulbs are sold. And feel free to experiment with color bulbs too.
How do I change the candle in my Anaya Tea lights?
Our Himalayan Rock Salt Tea Light accommodates standard tea lights, regular or scented; available at any store that sells candles. With the candle unlit and the remaining wax hard, simply use a pencil or paper clip to push through the hole on the bottom of the Lamp and push out the old candle. Simply drop in a new one and you are ready to enjoy several hours of your Salt Tea Lights beautiful glow. When lighting your Tea Lights we suggest long wooden matches or lighters with a long stem.

Bath Salts-The Sole Bath
In contrast to a normal bath in which moisture is extracted from the skin, a sole bath allows salt to be stored in the upper callous layer of the skin and binds water.
This maintains the natural, protective film of the skin and the skin does not dry out. This is the reason why sole baths are good for dry skin as well. The cleansing effects of a 30-minute sole bath equal that of a three-day fast. The toxins are released into the bathwater through osmosis while the minerals from the sole are absorbed through the skin. This reduces the acidity in our body and balances the ph factor of our skin.
Studies have shown that you can achieve the best results taking a sole bath during the change of the moon cycle. The minerals and energies stored in the sole can optimally be absorbed during a full moon. The body's healing potential is at its peak and bioenergetics weak points are harmonized and the body's own energy flow activated. During a new moon the cleansing effects are optimized because the body's capacity for detuning is at peak. The bath will have a detoxifying effect similar to a three-day fast.
Bioenergetics deficits are rebalanced and weak links become strengthened, reactivating our body's electric current. The organs' functions start to resonate with the natural frequency patterns of the sole. This activates the natural regulatory mechanism of the body and its self-healing powers. The concentration of the sole bath can slowly be increased from 1 percent to 8 percent. The higher the concentration the stronger the cleansing effect and the more severe will be the body's reaction as well. Take a sole bath for about 15 to 20 minutes once or twice a week.
How to Prepare a Sole Bath
Pour almost 2lbs of salt, into your bathtub and add enough water to just cover it. After about half an hour the salt will have dissolved. Now you can fill your bathtub. Do not add any other bath products to a sole
bath.
The bath water should have a temperature of approximately 98.6ºF our normal body temperature. Check the temperature with a thermometer. This is important, as the body must not additionally sacrifice its own energy to
balance out the temperature. The bath water will remain at 98.6ºF almost continuously. This is because the biophysical structure of the sole solution is so strong; it causes the molecules to move in a constant rhythm.
The temperature and makeup of this sole bath is comparable to the amniotic fluid in which the embryo floats in the prenatal state. The boundaries separating your body from the sole solution in which you are
floating, interfuse.
Prepare a Sole Drink
Loosely fill a glass container with a lid, with several crystal salt stones. Add spring water completely filling the vessel. After approximately 24 hours, look to see if the salt crystals have fully dissolved. If they have, add a few more salt crystals. When the water can no longer dissolve any more salt, the salt crystals will sit at the bottom of the jar without dissolving. At this point the solution will have become saturated at 26%, a satisfactory and ready to use brine solution. The 26% concentration now remains stable. The glass can be refilled again and again with water and salt, continuing this process.
Each morning, mix and drink one teaspoon full of the sole water in 250 ml of good quality water. The sole can also be used undiluted for tooth brushing.

The amount of emission of negative ions is relative to the size of lamp or tea light. When choosing a Salt Lamp a recommendation of size to area is as follows;

4-6kg is suitable for 15 square meters
6-10kg is suitable for 20 square meters
12-20kg is suitable for 25 square meters
28-40kg is suitable for 30 square meters
